1. Scope they apply to

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided under the name Proov’d, a service operated by UnHookd BV. By activating a plan, requesting the free Proov, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Proov’d delivers the following on a monthly basis:

  • customer interviews,

  • analyses and insights,

  • written case studies,

  • social media posts and snippets,
    as described on www.proovd.be.

The exact deliverables depend on the selected plan (On Demand, Monthly, or Growth).

UnHookd BV reserves the right to modify its services, but existing customers will always be notified in advance.

3. Free Proov

The free Proov includes one customer interview and one written case study.
The case study is provided for your review with no obligation in return.

If the customer decides to publish the case study (whether on a website, social media, in presentations, sales collateral, etc.), a one-off fee of €625 excl. VAT will be invoiced.

The free Proov is only available to businesses that meet the eligibility criteria outlined on our website.

4. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, from month to month.
You can cancel simply by sending an email to thibo@unhookd.be before the start of the next billing period.

There are no setup fees and no minimum commitment.

Unused interviews will carry over to the next month — where applicable — but are non-refundable.

5. Invoicing & payment

Invoicing is issued by:
UnHookd BV, Broekstraat 18, 9070 Heusden, BE 1005.373.920

  • Subscriptions are invoiced monthly in advance.

  • On-demand services are invoiced upon delivery.

  • Payment terms: 14 days from the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • We reserve the right to temporarily suspend our services in the event of late payment.

6. Use of interviews & content

The customer is responsible for obtaining consent from the client being interviewed.
Proov’d provides a template script to make this process easier.

Recordings are used strictly for:

  • analysis,

  • transcription,

  • content creation.

Proov’d will never share recordings with third parties without your explicit permission.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared between Proov’d and the customer will be treated as strictly confidential.
The content of interviews, case studies, or insights will never be used externally without the customer’s written consent.

8. No-shows for interviews

If a customer's client fails to show up for a scheduled interview:

  • we will first try to schedule a new time or interview an alternative client,

  • if that fails, the client keeps the interview as a credit that rolls over to the next month.

You can rest assured that no interview is ever lost.

9. Liability

Proov’d provides strategic insights, content, and analyses to the best of its ability.
The customer remains solely responsible for the way this content is used across marketing, communication, and sales channels.

Proov’d is not liable for loss of business, lost profits, damage to reputation, or any indirect damages.

10. Ownership rights

The customer receives full usage rights to all delivered case studies, posts, and content once the respective invoice has been paid in full.

Proov’d reserves the right — subject to approval — to use anonymised information or general insights for research purposes and to optimise our service quality.

11. Termination of service

Upon cancellation, we will complete any work remaining for the current billing month.
We do not offer refunds for months that have already been invoiced.

12. Applicable law

All agreements with Proov’d are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes will be referred exclusively to the courts of the Ghent judicial district.
